R-Zero specializes in cutting-edge disinfection solutions, indoor space monitoring, and energy efficiency. To accelerate innovation, R-Zero partnered with FES to redesign and manufacture a Far-UVC-based disinfection system under an ODM/JDM (Original Design Manufacturing / Joint Design Manufacturing) model.

• As the ODM partner, FES engineered and produced the core technology, including specialized Far-UVC light bulbs, Nano Band Pass Filters, and high-voltage power systems.

• In the JDM role, R-Zero provided industrial design and IoT software, while FES delivered mechanical design, injection-molded parts, prototyping, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), tooling, testing, certification, packaging, and turnkey manufacturing.

This strategic collaboration accelerated time to market, ensuring a high-performance, cost-optimized solution.
